Brave New Visions: Creativity as Rebellion is a global open call from PhotoVogue for artists working in photography, video, and multimedia. The call asks artists to respond to the present moment with work that carries urgency, conviction, and a distinct visual point of view.
Submissions are open to artists across all genres, including fashion, documentary, portraiture, fine art, and experimental practices. PhotoVogue is looking for projects that resist repetition, challenge familiar narratives, and create space for new ways of seeing, feeling, and imagining the world.
Artists may submit a series of up to 15 images, a multimedia project, and/or a 60-second video trailer. AI-generated work is not eligible.
Three artists will receive a total of $12,000 in grants:
$6,000 Outstanding Vision Grant
$4,000 Vision Grant
$2,000 Rising Voice Grant
Selected artists may also receive presentation at the next PhotoVogue Festival, potential publication across Vogue’s global editions, and participation in PhotoVogue Virtual Portfolio Reviews.
